Bridge was engaged on various projects for RBS, working very closely with their relationship management team under the RBS, Natwest and Coutts brands on programmes such as Winning New Business, Negotiation Skills, Networking and Presentation Skills and the Bridge methodology of The Living Brand®. We ran a two-day meeting and networking course entitled ‘Breaking the Mould’ for the Internal Group Audit function. Dale Smith was also guest speaker on two RBS client functions.
