Thorn Satellite Data Services, based in Darmstadt, Germany, is a technical service provider, but had found their technicians in increasingly customer-facing roles. As such, Thorn SDS were looking for an English- speaking customer service training solution to run across their diverse team. Bridge created a solution for this 24-hour business, ensuring no interruption to service while ensuring all staff attended three modules of training within one week. The course included elements of listening skills, Emotional Intelligence, NLP and course feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
