As part of the ongoing Tenon training initiative for frontline staff, Bridge developed and facilitated a series of ‘sales through service’ programmes. Tenon is the UK’s 9th largest firm of accountants and business advisers with staff in over 40 offices with a fee income of £160 million. Their new business focus is on advising entrepreneurs and hence must ensure that its teams represent its brand at all times.
