Russet Homes is a Housing Association managing over 6000 properties in Kent. It was determined that there was a need to focus more on the customer experience and better brand representation was required. Bridge was requested to design a half day workshop that would focus on delivering the values of the business, the importance of benchmarking against customer service excellence and to put in place some clear guidelines around working together as a team.
