In 2016, Bridge delivered a one-day leadership workshop to the International Senior Leadership team of Pret a Manger. Specifically focusing on the skills required to give and receive feedback, this workshop incorporated findings from psychometric testing and mapped leaders’ personality traits in an effort to create a more cohesive team and an effective feedback loop. The course incorporated self-awareness, Emotional Intelligence, listening skills, and Bridge’s FeedForward model.
