The importance of great service and client relationships was at the forefront of this two-day service programme. It offered delegates the opportunity to gain skills and insight into the BlackRock brand promise and how it could be better reflected to maximise internal and external client experience. The programme has started with the London office, and was rolled out to Peterborough and internationally. Bridge partnered with the Institute of Customer Service to receive a coveted TrainingMark for this bespoke programme, allowing all delegates to be certified by the ICS at the completion of the training.
