Held as part of the annual company training week – Bridge utilised its Brand2Life concept and presented a workshop on the Living Brand®. As an organisation, Abraaj has staff representation from 24 different countries and it is imperative that, even though unique as individuals, they maintain the common brand of service excellence to their clients. This was an effective ‘culture embrace’ process to allow representatives of all tiers of the organisation to come together and build the actions needed to strengthen the Abraaj way going forward.
